Aarhus Basketball Festival are not responsible for any additional costs that the teams and/or clubs may get from games/groups being cancelled due to whatever reason. 

Aarhus Basketball Festival is only responsible for refunding already paid fees (Cup Cards and Team Fees) if these are refundable due to a lack of teams and cancellations of groups.
