Aarhus Basketball Festival Secretariat is the tournament office during the festival and is the place to go for checking in, getting help, asking questions, and in formation about the games, schedules, and even suggestions for sightseeing in Aarhus.

If you lost something, this is also where we keep the lost items.

Questions before the Festival

The secretariat is also the office handling all registrations and inquiries before the festival.

Upon arrival

Please report to the Secretariat to check-in.  We kindly ask that  only coaches and/or managers  report to the Secretariat upon arrival. 

Even if the team does not sleep or dine at our facilities, the team still needs to report to the Secretariat before going to the games.

The schools are not open for housing before Wednesday at around 17:00!
